Here's my first crocheted dress i made some time ago. I actually saw a picture of a crocheted gown and fell in love with it but then, there was no pattern to work on it. So i improvised, changed some things to my taste along the line and made my own design.
Picture i saw
My Rough Sketch
Front view of the gown, don't mind that label
Joining the back with the front
Using a machine though
After Joining, i continued working on the length of the gown.

Thanks very much E-Rella. Actually i did but it was on how to make different kinds of caps and other items but not crochet dress. But then i learnt how to make knitted cardigan with knitting machine. So i used the knowledge acquired from knitting for crocheting. Would love to teach you, where do you stay? And oh i love your blog, it keeps me entertained.

DeleteHi, lovely dress! You are very talented. Is that a crocheting machine you used. If so, where did you get it from please? Thanks.
ReplyDeleteNo it's a sewing machine I used in joining only the sides of the gown and the zip as well. There's no crocheting machine,it's just a single pin I used in crocheting. But there's knitting machine. Thanks for stopping by,many thanks
